Leaders Coaching

Process-Oriented Consulting for Leaders and Organizations

Professional support for shaping change processes, organizational development, and leadership practice.
Competence. Structure. Self-Direction.

Typical Challenges

Leaders and executives regularly face situations that call for an external professional perspective. Leaders Coaching steps in where personal reflection and internal resources reach their limits — not only when conflicts have escalated, but as soon as questions emerge that can no longer be answered alone.

Defining Your Leadership Profile

A leadership position has been newly taken on or filled internally. The previous role must be set aside and an independent leadership profile developed.

Structural Transitions

The organization is growing, a generational change is underway, or existing processes no longer meet current demands. Structures and responsibilities need to be rethought.

Tensions Within the System

Competition, siloed thinking, or unresolved responsibilities create friction. A systematic analysis provides the foundation for targeted change.

Consulting Philosophy: Organizational Gardening

Organizations can be understood as living systems that develop in phases. Each phase calls for different structures, different forms of collaboration, and different models of direction. Organizational Gardening describes this consulting approach: the organization is tended and purposefully developed.
It is the responsibility of leaders to enable their staff to self‒direct, and to define and shape contexts accordingly. Transparent structures, clear responsibilities, and participatory frameworks release the forces of self‒direction and self‒responsibility. Leaders Coaching follows this principle: the consulting process enables clients to fulfill their role in developing the organization and supporting the healthy growth of their staff as well as possible. External consulting ultimately evolves into a partnership: a shared, professional view of the development of the "garden" the quality of the soil, the yields, the possible changes to what is grown.

Questions & answers

Frequently Asked Questions about Leaders Coaching

What is Leaders Coaching?

Leaders Coaching is a process-oriented consulting approach for executives and leaders. It combines coaching, process consulting, and organizational development to work through concrete leadership challenges in a structured way.

Who is this for?

For leaders, executives, and teams in established organizations or young companies in the build-up phase. A willingness to collaborate as equals and openness to systematically working through one's own challenges are prerequisites.

How does the initial consultation work?

The initial consultation lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and is subject to a fee. It serves to clarify the current challenge, define shared goals, and formulate a concrete consulting brief.

Does consulting take place online or on-site?

Both are possible. Coaching and process consulting often take place online. Workshops and certain formats are conducted on-site.

How long does a consulting process take?

That depends on the challenge. At least three sessions are agreed upon initially. Further steps are decided together.

How does this differ from traditional management consulting?

The focus is on enabling self-direction. The consulting process does not deliver ready-made external solutions — it accompanies clients in shaping and steering change processes independently.

Are there fixed packages or prices?

No. Consulting is put together individually. Scope and costs are discussed transparently during the initial consultation.

What is Organizational Gardening?

Organizational Gardening is Ulrike B. Meyer's consulting approach. It understands organizations as living systems that develop in phases and require deliberate tending. Process orientation, participatory structures, and context management are at its core.
